Procedure
KYC is mandatory through a link sent to your registered email (please register from here.

For transaction payments, please obtain rates from us and pay your local currency i.e. Naira, by 1 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend or holiday payments are processed the next working day.

INVOICE: An invoice is required for all payments.

DOCUMENTATION & CONFIRMATION: Once Naira payment, invoice and beneficiary details are received, compliance checks are carried out and on completion, the transaction will be processed.

PAYMENT TIMELINE: Expect delivery of funds in 1-3 days, depending on the recipient's bank.

TELEX CONFIRMATION: Telex will be provided once remitted funds is on its way to beneficiary.

PAYMENT SOURCE: All payments come from Vault Remit a registered money service business in the US (FINCEN BSA E-Filing Tracking ID MRX22-00003346) and Canada (FINTRAC registration number M19896563) or our UK partner, Sterling. Currency Exchange authorised in Nigeria by the CBN as an IMTO and in the UK by the FCA as a financial institution (reference 574679).
